Temp - Occupational Therapist - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) Tulsa, OK

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and assist them in regaining independence through therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques. Your expertise will help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks, fostering a sense of achievement and well-being.
Required Skills:
Valid state occupational therapy license
Proven experience in a long-term care or similar setting
Strong assessment and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in documenting patient progress accurately
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with adaptive technology training
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Current NBCOT certification
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
Ability to travel for occasional training or meetings when necessary
Compliance with all licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements
Reliable transportation, if travel is required
