Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience within a surgical specialty.
Current BLS certification.
Proficiency in sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
ACLS certification.
Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
Experience in plastic, reconstructive, or cosmetic surgery settings.
Prior experience working in a multi-disciplinary surgical team.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant surgical technologist experience in a specialty setting.
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles.
Availability to work scheduled hours from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
Willingness to work 13-week assignments.
Valid licensure, certification, or travel reimbursements when applicable.
Overnights in ERU capability preferable.
