Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of specialized surgical technologist experience.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (BLSSurg Tech Cert - NCCT).
Proficiency in sterile technique, instrument handling, and surgical procedures.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in multiple surgical specialties.
Additional certifications in healthcare or surgical technology.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification.
At least 2 years of direct operating room experience within a surgical specialty.
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility; scheduling is from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, three days a week.
Compliance with all applicable travel, licensure, certification, and reimbursement requirements.
Must have active certification and be prepared for possible travel reimbursements when applicable.
