Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or operating room setting
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Compassionate patient-centered approach
Nice to Have Skills:
Specialized certifications such as CNOR (Certified Perioperative Registered Nurse)
Experience with specific surgical specialties (e.g., cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurosurgery)
Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
At least 2 years of perioperative nursing experience in a hospital setting
Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced surgical environments
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles; local applicants will not be considered
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM with call responsibilities

Hourly Pay Rate: $59.80
