Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology and make a meaningful impact on patient care. Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an oncology or hematology inpatient setting
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Strong clinical skills in oncology nursing and patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adhere to strict safety and health protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Chemotherapy certification
Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
Knowledge of oncologic treatment protocols and chemotherapy administration
Additional certifications relevant to oncology nursing
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active RN license
Prior experience in dedicated medical oncology/hematology units
Experience working with inpatient oncology populations
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
Schedule from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm; 13-week assignment
Availability to start on or after June 10, 2024
Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
