VHS is looking for a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Neonatal.

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12 Hours Overnight shift.

NBRC RRT IN LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
First Time Travelers Accepted
Certification Requirements: BLS ACLS PALS NBRC IN license
Shift: 3x12s or 4x12s EOW Holidays
COVID Flu vaccines required
Skillset Requirements:
- Work Setting: Travelers will Float between NICU PEDS acute care and adult acute care this is a requirement.
- Respiratory Care: Airway management Medication administration Vent management ABGs 02 Therapy Suction Pulmonary toileting Nebulizer BiPAP CPAP
Skillset Preferred:
- Work Setting: Trauma Teaching hospital ER
- Respiratory Care: Bronchoscopes
- Documentation Systems: Cerner
- Equipment: Hamilton G5 Philips V60
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years min
Unit Information: General Care NICU Peds and Adult Intensive Care.
Effective 11/30/24 IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW. The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 allows them to finish a contract by 11/30.
**Periop/OR RN’s Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO IR RN PACU Cath Lab RN SDS**
