Required Skills:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Valid, unrestricted license to practice psychology in any U.S. state or territory.
Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) patients within the last two years.
Successful completion of an APA-accredited psychology internship/residency.
Demonstrated competency in clinical assessment and intervention, particularly in military or veteran populations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in military or trauma-related psychological care.
Knowledge of Post Deployment Re-Assessment (PDHRA) processes.
Certification in trauma-focused therapies or related specialties.
Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
At least one (1) year of recent, relevant clinical experience with PTSD populations.
Proven track record of working within military health systems or similar high-pressure environments.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with specific scheduling provided one month in advance.
Willingness to commit to a full year (August 26, 2024, to August 25, 2025), with the possibility of extension through September 30, 2027.
Ability to travel or receive reimbursements if applicable.
Clear background check and eligibility to obtain any necessary security or credentialing clearances.
