Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Manage both inpatient and outpatient cases, with a primary focus on outpatient care.
Conduct wound care procedures; willingness to learn and perform additional treatments is highly valued.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and clinical standards.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a PTA.
Strong understanding of outpatient therapy practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to perform wound care and adapt to various clinical settings.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with wound management and complex cases.
Bilingual abilities.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Certification in advanced therapy techniques.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or certification as a PTA.
Prior experience in outpatient settings preferred.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Ability to commit to a temporary-to-permanent position.
Willingness to assist with housing arrangements; on-site accommodations may be available.
No travel required unless specified; standard healthcare certifications must be maintained.

Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
