Pay & Benefits
Salary: Guaranteed base starting at $600,000+ (based on skills and experience)
Additional Compensation:
$50,000 signing bonus
Up to $100,000 student loan repayment over five years
$2,000/month residency or fellowship stipend

Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care in a busy, multi-specialty hospital setting
Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
Participate in inpatient hospital care or collaborate with hospitalist teams
Engage in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage
Document using Epic EMR system
Work closely with a dedicated team including CRNAs and specialty support staff
Involve in teaching or collaborating with APPs and clinical staff
Manage patient panels, ensuring optimal outcomes across the healthcare facility
Maintain safety and adhere to hospital and professional standards
What You Need
Required:
Board-certified or eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
Active Missouri medical license or eligibility (or eligible for J1 sponsorship)
Experience in orthopedic surgery (preferred, not strictly specified)
Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred:
Experience with inpatient and outpatient orthopedic procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
