What You’ll Do:
Provide outpatient neurology consultations for adult patients
Manage and coordinate ongoing patient care
Conduct neurological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care and specialists
Participate in on-call rotations (approximately 10 days per month)
Utilize the EPIC EMR platform for documentation
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
What You Need: Required:
Ohio medical license or eligibility
Board-certified in Neurology (ABPN) or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient neurology
Strong communication skills and cultural competence
Preferred:
Experience working within a multispecialty group environment
Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
Willingness to relocate within 40 miles of Ashtabula
