What You'll Do:
Deliver outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services across multiple hospitals in the Detroit area
Perform pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, as well as complex ablations
Participate in inpatient rounding and post-procedure care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, surgeons, and APPs
Manage and build a robust patient panel with ongoing referral streams
Utilize advanced technology including Cerner EMR (transitioning to Epic in 2025-2026)
Provide leadership and mentorship within a teaching hospital environment with residents and fellows
Contribute to high-acuity care in a Level I Trauma Center with comprehensive cardiac and neuro services
What You Need:
Active Medical License in Michigan
Board Certification in Cardiology with electrophysiology training/experience
Minimum of 3+ years of EP experience preferred
Proficiency in arrhythmia management and device implantation
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting
