Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted state medical license
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Proven experience in hospital medicine or inpatient care
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Familiarity with hospital protocols and quality improvement initiatives
Basic Lifesaver (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Multilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of hospitalist experience preferred but not essential for highly qualified candidates
Other Requirements:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, with shifts on multiple days of the week
Ability to adapt to varying hospital protocols and team dynamics
Must possess or obtain current certifications in BLS and ACLS upon hire
