Join Our Team as a Family Practice Physician – Make a Difference in Community Healthcare!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced, community-focused outpatient setting. This impactful role offers an opportunity to serve diverse populations, including migrants and refugees, within a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to patients from newborns to geriatrics.
Manage up to 21 patients daily, including preventive care, acute visits, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.
Perform basic bread and butter procedures such as injections, IUD placement, and wound care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite pediatricians.
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
Support vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees, with available interpretative services.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and safety protocols.
Required Skills:
Active WA medical license and DEA license.
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Proficiency in providing comprehensive outpatient care.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly with minimal ramp-up time.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Russian.
Experience with vulnerable populations or community health settings.
Familiarity with basic procedures like IUD placements and wound care.
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in outpatient family practice.
Prior experience working with diverse, underserved populations preferred but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to start on or after May 1, 2026.
Vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza.
Ability to travel; travel costs covered by the client (flight, rental car, lodging).
Credentialing process approximately 2-3 weeks.
This rewarding opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $125.97, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be supported with dedicated staff, including a medical assistant and supportive resources to help you succeed from day one.
