Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role your unit manager may assign you to an Emergency Team where there will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event as impacts vary.
By signing your travel contract to take a position with Ochsner Health you accept the above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event were to occur. You should not apply for a role at Ochsner Health if you are not comfortable with the above.

Job Details: This job cleans and services areas such as guest patient public clinical and administrative areas. Responsible for maintaining a clean and aseptic environment.
Schedule: Sunday - Saturday 5 days on and 2 off no set schedule. Expectation to be abaialble to work weekdays weekends and holidays
Shift: Varying start times between 0800 0900 1200 will be discussed during interview with hiring manager
Patient Profile: Able to work in fast paced environment not afraid of blood/bodily fluids pleasant personable able to work rotating weekends and holidays go-getter detail-oriented takes pride in work quick learner able to communicate with leaders well able to work quickly but efficiently.
