Clinical Respiratory Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, TX

About the Role:
Are you a dynamic sales professional with established hospital relationships and a passion for enhancing patient care through advanced respiratory solutions? VieMed is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Respiratory Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This field-based position involves extensive local travel (80%+), working closely with healthcare providers to promote our innovative respiratory therapies and disease management programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, and other referral sources to increase patient referrals and strengthen alliances.
  • Advocate for VieMed’s home ventilation and disease management solutions through engaging presentations, clinical education, and collaborative initiatives tailored to healthcare providers.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass territory growth objectives, aligning with company targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Respiratory Therapists and operations, ensuring seamless patient transitions from hospital to home care setting.
  • Maintain precise documentation of account activity, referral patterns, sales metrics, and client interactions to support ongoing business development.
  • Exhibit professionalism, persistence, and a patient-focused approach in a competitive healthcare sales environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven relationships within hospital-based respiratory care departments, including Pulmonology, Critical Care, or similar specialties.
  • Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation, including Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV).
  • Demonstrated success navigating hospital systems, influencing decision-makers, and growing referral networks.
  • At least 2 years of successful healthcare sales experience, ideally within respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment (DME), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH), or critical care settings.
  • Formal sales training and/or clinical background in respiratory therapy are highly desirable.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the Dallas territory.
