Join Our Team as a CT Scan (Radiology) Technologist – Make a Difference in Patient Care
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Scan (Radiology) Technologist to be an integral part of our healthcare team at a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital. What You’ll Bring:
Current Nebraska Radiography license
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
CPR certification
Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Flexibility to adapt to shift changes, including four 10-hour shifts per week (potentially shifting to five 8-hour shifts)
Ability to participate in on-call rotations, including every third weekend and 1-2 nights per week
Strong understanding of safety protocols and patient care procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Cerner charting system is preferred but not mandatory
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or similar setting
Knowledge of infection control policies
Ability to adapt to multiple imaging modalities
Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques
Preferred Education & Experience:
An associate’s degree in radiologic technology or a closely related field
Prior experience is not mandatory but considered an asset
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to receive the flu vaccine or wear a mask during flu season
Compliance with all vaccine-related policies and safety standards
On-call availability with the ability to call off at least 2 hours before scheduled shifts
Participation in holiday and weekend rotations
Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
