What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care support in hospital and ambulatory surgery centers, including OR, IR, Cath Lab, OB, MRI, and other non-OR sites
• Support a high-volume department with approximately 150 cases daily, supporting GYN, ortho, urology, vascular, and trauma cases
• Rotate between hospital and outpatient centers in Lexington, IRMO, and Northeast Columbia, traveling up to once or twice weekly
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia techs and a large care team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
• Support a Level III trauma environment with advanced anesthesia equipment and EMR system (Epic preferred)
• Cover scheduled cases, support emergency needs, and adapt to important schedule dates including December 21–23 and 28–30, 2026

What You Need

• Active Board Certified CRNA credential
• South Carolina license or eligible for compact licensure
• Willing to work a consistent schedule, including the specified dates
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality patient care

About the Assignment
This assignment is with a leading facility in Columbia, SC, supporting a large anesthesia department delivering comprehensive care across various hospital and outpatient settings. The successful CRNA will support diverse cases including GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular, working in a fast-paced trauma environment.
