Required Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Team player with collaborative approach
Basic computer proficiency
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, BLS Instructor preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
Knowledge of healthcare technology and documentation systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Prior experience in acute care or outpatient therapy preferred
Licenses and certifications current upon hire
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday, with two weekend days per month
Valid state licensure and BLS certification at start date
