Hourly Pay Rate: $67.00

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity cath lab environment
Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac and peripheral vascular cases
Monitor patient vitals and hemodynamics during procedures
Support various functions: circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring
Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation as needed
Maintain sterile protocols and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cardiovascular cases
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
At least 1 year of RN experience, including recent cath lab work
Ability to float between facilities in Shreveport and Bossier City
Strong critical assessment, sterile technique, and hemodynamic monitoring skills
Preferred:
Prior experience with complex interventional procedures
Familiarity with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, lithotripsy atherectomy
Experience operating EMR systems (Meditech Expanse)

You will float between multiple campuses, supporting a variety of high-acuity procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, and complex diagnostic cases.
