In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality perioperative nursing care, assisting surgical teams, and maintaining optimal patient comfort and safety throughout procedures. Your contributions will be integral to our commitment to excellence in surgical services.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of specialized operating room nursing experience
Current BLS certification
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
Nice to Have Skills:
ACLS certification
Experience with minimally invasive and advanced surgical procedures
Prior experience in a fast-paced surgical setting
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
State-specific RN licensure in good standing
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work scheduled hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with on-call responsibilities
Travel reimbursement and professional development certifications may be provided as applicable
