Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an oncology or hematology setting
Valid BLS certification
Chemotherapy certification (Chemo Cert)
Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications in infusion therapy or related fields
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
At least 2 years of experience working specifically within oncology or hematology infusion services
Other Requirements:
Availability to work scheduled hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Ability to travel occasionally for training or coverage if needed
Valid nursing licensure in the state of employment
