Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medical / Surgical or acute care setting
Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to evolving patient needs
Additional Skills That Make a Difference:
Experience in high-acuity environments
Prior exposure to electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities, enhancing patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Proven track record of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
At least 2 years of clinical experience in Medical / Surgical units
Other Requirements:
Schedule: 7 pm – 7 am, 13-week assignment
No local candidates within 50 miles
Ability to adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Willingness to work overnight shifts and adapt to schedule demands
