Description: Work Details:
• Support staff: 2 RN’s
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
• Patients per day: varies but would need to assess and review consults talk to hospitalists to ascertain appropriateness for procedure. Enter orders for pre procedure post procedure and discharge. Ensure patient can consent HP is in the chart etc.
• Patient population/age: adult only 20-90
• Department description: Interventional Radiology provider support
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 280
• Special procedures: Typical procedures are para's thora's embolization's ports permcaths IVC filters etc
• Skills required: Ability to follow protocols regarding readiness for procedure complete HP's write orders pre op and discharge.
