Are you a dedicated respiratory or neuro diagnostics professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical environment? We are seeking skilled and compassionate RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics specialists to join our dynamic team. This essential role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in neonatal intensive care units and neuro diagnostic settings, supporting vulnerable patients during critical moments. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) and/or CRT certifications
Valid Louisiana State License
BLS certification mandatory; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience within ICU or NICU settings
EPIC electronic medical record experience essential
Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holidays
Night shift availability (4x12-Hour shifts from 18:30 to 06:30)
Nice to Have Skills:
NICU experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of neuro diagnostic procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience with travel or similar flexible assignments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Healthcare-related associate degree or higher
Prior experience working in NICU and neuro diagnostic environments
Other Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts as scheduled
Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
