Job Description


VHS is seeking Psychologists to join the team at the Arizona Department of Corrections in Buckeye, Tucson, Phoenix, Perryville, and Eyman, AZ.
Position Description:
  • The Psychologist provides psychological leadership, consultation, and direct services for patients in an assigned facility.
  • The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients.
  • Coordinate, lead and participate in educational training activities related to mental health care.

Requirements:
  • Current State License
  • Currently accepting any state license but must be willing to obtain AZ license
  • AHA BLS
  • Ph.D/ PSY. D from an APA accredited school
  • AZ state background check, fingerprint clearance
  • Drug Screen

Compensation Package:
Independent Contractor status $90-$95 per hour
W2 payment options available upon request
