In this role, you will perform essential general medicine evaluations, supporting our mission to serve those in need. Your expertise will help ensure quality assessments and positively impact patient outcomes through precise and compassionate care.
Required Skills:
Valid and unrestricted medical license in Texas.
Proven experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or related fields.
Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of physical examination techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage documentation.
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience conducting Compensation & Pension exams or similar assessments.
Familiarity with federal or state healthcare regulations.
Bilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience.
Prior experience performing medical evaluations or assessments is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
Active medical license in Texas.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Availability to start on 03/06/2026.
Ability to perform job duties in a clinical setting, including interview-based assessments and limited physical examinations.
Willingness to perform periodic administrative follow-up work related to examinations.
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1600 for full-day shifts (8 hours) and $800 for half-day shifts (4 hours), with travel included. Additional bonuses are available for completing initial training and first assessments, ensuring your efforts are recognized and rewarded.
