Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Lancaster, CA

Required Skills:
Valid medical license and OB/GYN certification in California
Proven experience in obstetrics and hospital-based patient care
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high-stakes clinical situations efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in a hospitalist setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual proficiency highly regarded
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience or similar hospital-based practice
Current California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Other Requirements:
Availability to work weekends starting from 12/31/2025
Willingness to travel if required for licensure or certification updates
Valid BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
