Required Skills:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas or ability to obtain one quickly
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB attention
Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist roles or inpatient obstetric care
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt swiftly to hospital protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in high-volume or tertiary care settings
Certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution with completion of residency in OB/GYN or Family Medicine
Prior locum or hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on or around December 31, 2025
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed
Credentialing and licensure reimbursement opportunities where applicable
