VieMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly qualified Physician to provide exceptional emergency care in Twentynine Palms, California. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency medical care during 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Required Skills:
MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school
Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Minimum of two years of recent practice in emergency medicine within the last three years
Residency training in an accredited Emergency Medicine program
Certification in ACLS and PALS
Current, unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
Proven experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center and academic emergency medicine preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience teaching residents and interns
Publications or scholarly work in emergency medicine
Membership in relevant specialty societies
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
At least two years of full-time emergency medicine practice, including trauma and academic settings
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, with uncompensated meal breaks
Valid certifications in ACLS and PALS
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $215.00, with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
