VHS is looking for an Emergency Medicine Physician in Leesville, LA!
Details include:
18K annual ED volume
24-hour Physician Coverage
10-hour NP/PA Coverage
EMR is Medhost.
Facility Information:
Hospital is 49-bed acute care hospital. We have a 10-bed ER, 7-bed ICU, 10-bed inpatient Physical Therapy Rehab Unit, and 3-bed Sleep Lab. We also have exceptional diagnostic equipment including a 64-slice CT. We have a wide variety of specialists to support your practice, including Cardiology, General Surgery, OBGYN, ENT, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Hematology, Oncology, Neonatology, Pathology, Hospitalists, Radiology and Urology.

It is just 15 minutes from Fort Polk, the 5th largest military installation in the nation. The area has some of the best fishing, boating, hunting, and relaxation in the South. Leesville is adjacent to Lake Vernon and Anacoco Lake and only 30 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir, the largest manmade lake in the South with over 1200 miles of shoreline.
