Minimum commitment: 5 shifts/month
Program Requirements:
ACLS - Required regardless of certification
ATLS - Must be able to prove provider was ATLS certified at least once
VAR - Titer or Vaccine
CHEST X-RAY - If PPD Positive, current within 5 years
HBV-VACCINE - Titer or Vaccine
MMR - Titer or Vaccine
TDAP - Current within 10 years
TB/PPD - Current within 12 months
FLU SHOT - Current within 12 months
No temp privs
