What You’ll Bring:
Proven ability to work effectively within a clinical team in an outpatient setting.
Strong communication skills to educate and motivate patients.
Ability to perform patient assessments and implement treatment plans.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple clinic locations when needed.
Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety procedures.
Nice to Have:
Previous outpatient therapy experience.
Experience working with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse communities.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field.
Valid and current PTA license/certification in the state of practice.
No previous experience required, but outpatient exposure is preferred. New graduates are considered.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with potential for overtime, pending director approval.
Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients daily, with double-booked follow-up visits expected.
Outpatient experience preferred; however, new graduates are not accepted for this role.
Authorization to work in the United States.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $38.19, along with competitive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
