We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional outpatient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Required Skills:
Valid state licensure and/or certification as a Physical Therapist
Proven experience in outpatient settings preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with diverse patient populations
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Additional certifications in specialties such as orthopedics, sports therapy, or neurology
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
Prior outpatient therapy experience is preferred; new graduates considered if motivated and capable
Other Requirements:
Availability to work approximately 36 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours
Must obtain approval from the director before working OT hours
No float to other clinics
Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits
Willingness to be part of a team that values excellence, punctuality, and patient satisfaction
Competitive hourly pay rate of $52.26
