Required Skills:
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification in your state
Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and modalities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation settings
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Additional certifications such as CPR or first aid
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
1+ years of clinical experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
Must hold a valid state licensure or certification
Willingness to travel if required for assignments
Commitment to upholding safety standards and infection control protocols
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $36.85, along with competitive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, a weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, and a robust referral bonus program.
