Physical Therapist Assistant

Required Skills:
Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and modalities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or specialized therapy settings
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and technology
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or similar field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work within scheduled shifts
Willingness to adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards
Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed
Valid licensure/certification and up-to-date CPR certification
