What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Valid Georgia Physical Therapist license and BLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years Pediatric experience.
Excellent communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work effectively within a team.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and follow departmental policies.
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Experience with pediatric care.
Knowledge of infection prevention protocols.
Familiarity with hospital and rehabilitation documentation standards.
Ability to educate and train patients and families effectively.
Strong organizational skills for workload management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
At least 2 years of pediatric-focused therapy experience in a healthcare setting.
Other Requirements:
Valid Georgia PT license and BLS certification required upon hire.
Must be licensed and certified before employment.
This role involves working Monday through Friday, typically starting at 8 AM.
Scrubs: Blue/Teal.
Must possess all required certifications upon hire.
No block scheduling allowed; maximum of 3 days of RTO.
Orientation hours are non-billable (36 hours).
Employment is contingent upon compliance with all institutional policies.
