Required Skills:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Proven ability to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage a busy outpatient schedule
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with outpatient therapy settings
Knowledge of a variety of rehabilitation techniques
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or similar)
Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
Will accept first-time travelers seeking to gain diverse experience
Other Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Ability to manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required
Double-booking follow-up visits, with up to 40 hours per week guaranteed
OT hours need prior approval from the director
Outpatient experience preferred, but exceptional new grads are encouraged to apply
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $48.24, with a comprehensive benefits package including weekly direct deposit payments, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
