Required Skills:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Proven experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Familiarity with pediatric or geriatric populations
Advanced certifications in specialized therapy areas
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads considered on a case-by-case basis
Prior experience working in a fast-paced clinic environment
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on or before 04/15/2024
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 guaranteed hours
Productivity expectation of around 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily, with follow-up double-bookings as needed
OT hours require prior approval from the director
No float to other clinics and no travel required
Willingness to adhere to all state, federal, and local laws concerning licensure and certification
