Perm Physician – Otolaryngology (ENT) – Fort Collins, CO If you’re a Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Otolaryngologist, this is a chance to join a patient-centered ENT practice in Fort Collins with a 4-day work week (3 clinic days + 1 OR day). Salary range:$413,000–$459,000 annually(as provided in the Job Order)

What You’ll Do
Provide general ENT care with an emphasis in Otology and/or Laryngology
Work across outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
Participate in a home-managed call structure shared evenly between two providers
Support a Level 3 Trauma facility through appropriate ENT coverage (no automatic ER call for facial trauma; you may opt in if desired)
Deliver clinic care using structured visit timing (including dedicated new patient slots)
Join a team with support from two audiologists and one APP
Help establish and build a practice supported by a strong referral base within a multi-specialty system
What You NeedRequired
Board Certified OR truly Board Eligible Otolaryngologist
Board eligibility with intent to become Board Certified within 3 years
Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
Not accepting visa candidates
Not open to Locum candidates
Must be able to work the required weekend/on-call schedule (low volume; 1:2 call)
Ability to work the stated 4-day schedule (no alternate shift schedules)
Not accepting 1099 employment
Preferred
Additional training in Otology or Laryngology
