What You’ll Do
Provide expert neonatal care to critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU setting
Administer high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling therapies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists and subspecialty support
Support family-centered care and participate in clinical education and mentorship
Document clinical interventions accurately and promptly
Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
What You Need
Current NCNP Board Certification (No FNP, PNP accepted)
2+ years of recent NNP experience in a Level-III NICU
Strong clinical judgment and neonatal care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
