Job Title: Certified CT Technologist at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center – Immediate Opportunity

Required Skills:
Valid ARRT Radiography and CT Certification
Minimum 1 year of radiology experience, with preferred experience in CT
Proficiency in patient positioning, exposure techniques, and radiation safety
Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate all CT department workstations and PACS systems
Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and quality control procedures
Basic life support (BLS) certification
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with advanced imaging techniques or additional modalities
Familiarity with hospital computer systems and electronic medical records
Ability to assist with departmental training or mentorship
Bilingual skills to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
At least one year of clinical experience in radiology, with exposure to CT procedures
Other Requirements:
Current licensure and certifications (ARRT, BLS) upon hire
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
Ability to adapt to hospital policies, including no block scheduling and RTO limitations
Willingness to perform patient transport, preparation, and support procedures, maintaining patient dignity and safety
Commitment to quality improvement and compliance with regulatory standards
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
Work hours are night shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role may involve travel and licensure reimbursements where applicable.
