VHS is looking for an OB/GYN Hospitalist for Lima, OH!
Program Details
Program Start Date: Upon credentialing
12 or 24 Hour Shifts: 24
Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes
Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions:Yes.
Hospitalists Needed for First Assist:
First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes.
Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: No.
Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No but yes too FM Residents. However, we have a Family Medicine Residency clinic who sees OB patients and delivers here. OB Hospitalists will back up those residents.
Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes. (OB/GYN ED Call)
Hospital Details
NICU Level: II
Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg):117
MFM on site: Yes.
Residency Program & Type? No OB residencies. Have Family, Internal Med, and Emergency Residencies.
In-house Anesthesia? Yes, 24 hour
