Clinic hours: 8a-5p
Work alongside RN and Care Coordinator
Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide world class care to patients with common lung disorders including COPD, asthma and sleep apnea.
Care for patients in-clinic and via telehealth during normal business hours Monday-Friday
Establish care plan for each patient and supervise team based administration of the care plan
Explain the benefits of NuvoAir Medical’s technology and team based model to patients and support regular engagement with our team.
Collaborate with referring physicians and other members of the care team
