What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care across four Level-III NICUs in the Las Vegas suburbs
Manage a high volume of NICU admissions and deliveries, delivering evidence-based, high-acuity care
Administer interventions such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization efforts
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists and pediatric specialists
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Support families through compassionate communication and care throughout their NICU journey
What You Need
Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
1+ years of neonatal or pediatric advanced practice experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in neonatal interventions and emergency care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
