Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technician to operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality MRI scans for a diverse patient population. Your expertise will be essential in supporting clinical teams and enhancing patient outcomes. This position offers a stimulating work environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient comfort.
Required Skills:
ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology with MRI specialization
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing MRI procedures in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and patient communication skills
Ability to operate and troubleshoot MRI equipment effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with advanced MRI techniques and software applications
Knowledge of hospital information and imaging management systems
Bilingual abilities for diverse patient interactions
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient imaging center setting
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
Available to work evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM for a 13-week assignment starting June 10, 2024
Valid licensure, certifications, and willingness to travel or relocate if applicable
