Description: Summary: Looking for a full time bread and butter Urologist for clinic and call for 3-6 months. Clinic Manager will provide clinic tour/orientation before start date. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general cases clinic rounding and OR. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills. Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed. Will be sole provider in a fast paced/busy dept. Provider may take hospital call during clinic hours.

Credentialing Deadline amp Committee Meeting Schedule
The credentialing deadline is three weeks prior to the provider’s start date. All required documents must be completed and in hand by this deadline.
Providers who will be on vacation out of town or facing any other obstacles that may delay the credentialing process will not be considered. Please ensure these deadlines are taken into account when discussing start dates—only accurate start dates will be accepted.
