Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice – Must be included in rates. Orientation – 275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours” Hourly – 550 - “Per hour not OT” Holiday – 825 - Must be 1.5x the regular rates “Per holiday hour no OT”

Patients/day: ED Daily Volume is 85-90 patients/day Average Daily Inpatient/Obs Census is ~50 patients includes ICU and OB.
Types of cases: Surgical Medical ICU and OB
Based on review of the last several months of volume we would expect the following studies interpreted per day and procedures performed per day: TOTAL: ~50 studies/day 5-8 procedures/dayBREAKDOWN of Daily Work
CT’s: 15-20
XRays: 15-20
US’s: 10
MRI’s: 5
IR: 5-8 procedures
Joint and MSK scans are not required. Abdominal and Body scans would be just fine.
