Required Skills:
Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) or Family Medicine with OB Certification
Valid medical license to practice in California
Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and labor & delivery management
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with healthcare teams
Ability to handle high-acuity OB emergencies with composure and competence
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience working as a hospitalist in OB settings
Experience with Level III NICU management
Knowledge of pseudo laborist program operations
Familiarity with community-based care models
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
Previous involvement with residency programs, particularly Family Medicine rotations
Other Requirements:
Availability to start on or before 12/31/2025
Ability to work flexible schedules, including potential on-call duties
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a hospital environment
Willingness to collaborate with local providers and support staff
Possess or obtain necessary licensure, certification, and any travel or reimbursement requirements
