Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice
– Must be included in rates.
Orientation
– half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours”
On Call Daily – 4000-4200 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Average worked Callback Hours: 5-7h
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
January 3-11 then ongoing ideally M-F or Sun-Sun please submit their specific Jan-March availability!
5-7 days/month ongoing
Shift type- 24-hour call for OB and Gyn ED No clinic or office patients.
Physicians do not need to remain in house but must be within 20-minute response time.
