Dates Currently Open all shifts end the following day at 7a: Dec 21-27Jan 22-31Feb 1-9Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/monthAssignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics established obstetrics new gynecology issues and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Shifts are 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases.

7a-7a - 24 hour shiftsFacility Location: St. Catherine Hospital - Garden City St. Catherine Hospital Dodge CitySetting: Clinic and Inpatient CallFTE: 0Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months amp more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months.
EMR: EPICSupport Staff: Lab Tech LPN/LVN MA X-ray Tech RNPhysicians working with CRNA's and midwivesReason for Coverage: 2 vacanciesDealbreakers Do Not Present:Adequate procedures for privileging -- need to have procedure log at time of candidate presentation.
Must have the following within the past 24 months for presentation: at least 5 hysterectomies and at least 5 C sections.
Will NOT consider candidates wishing to do clinic only!Unable to consider FMOBs at this time.
EMR Required Training:Module learn lessons – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed prior to the providers first day
Travel Preferences see attachment for specific travel guidelines:
· Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market. https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates
· Air Travel: 750/round trip cap
· Rental Cars: 65/day all in cap including taxes and fees regardless of car class.
· Mileage: IRS Standard Rate

Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.
